This page separates what we can state as fact today from what is still to confirm. We would rather ship an honest catalogue than a polished one.

Confirmed end-to-end in our backend. Safe to state as fact.
Every AI-connected plugin routes exclusively through the Owlia Connect Suite foundation hub — one connection to review, not many.
Connect Suite plugins call our central backend service — the same trusted backend behind Owlia Designer. No per-product data path.
Our APIs are fully stateless — no customer data is ever stored on our side. The only exception is usage logs, which are fully anonymised and follow a strict retention policy.
Anonymisation runs unconditionally before any content leaves the gateway, for every feature.
Layered checks — pattern, moderation, and stricter escalation — resolved via organisation override → subscription tier → standard default.
Several plugins explicitly prohibit the learner role from authoring — the boundary is preserved even under a misclicked role assignment.
Every request routes through the shared gateway into the shared backend.

Not every course-content type is covered end-to-end today; externally-hosted images are stripped rather than fetched. We market this as 'selective, validated import' — never as 100% coverage.
