No customer data is stored. Pseudonymisation runs unconditionally before any content leaves the gateway, followed by pattern, moderation, and stricter escalation checks — for every feature.
Capability-enforced educator/learner boundary
Authoring features are educator/manager-only at the capability level — several plugins explicitly prohibit the learner role, not just omit it, so the boundary survives a misconfiguration.

Do I need to migrate off Moodle to use Owlia Connect Suite?+
No. Connect Suite adds AI capability to the Moodle you already run — self-hosted or hosted with Owlia Academy. There is no parallel platform, no separate login, and no content migration.
Do all plugins require AI?+
No. Owlia Notes (handwriting and diagrams) and Owlia Course Exporter (PDF export) call no AI backend whatsoever. The suite adds AI where it helps — not everywhere by default.
Which languages are supported?+
Every plugin ships English, French, and German by default, and several extend to Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian. Language is a first-class setting across chat, feedback, content generation, translation, and activity responses.
Is Owlia Question available today?+
Not yet. Development is complete. Owlia Question is GDPR compliant and currently under EU AI Act review and alignment before general release. It is the only plugin in the catalogue not yet generally available — the rest are ready to install.
What happens to learner data?+
Personal data is pseudonymised before every guardrail check and before any AI call, for every feature. Connect Suite uses the same central backend and guardrail pipeline as Owlia Designer — there is no lighter-touch tier for Moodle traffic.
How does billing work?+
Plans and usage credits are managed on account.mysleipnir.lu. Start on the free tier, upgrade to a paid plan when you need more, or buy extra usage credits without changing your plan.
How is Connect Suite different from a generic Moodle AI chatbot?+
Thirteen purpose-built plugins — each for a specific pedagogical job (activities, accessibility, formative feedback, chat, translation, reporting) — share one gateway and one credential. Teacher authoring is enforced at the Moodle capability level, not just by policy.
